5 STEPS TO ENJOY AND LOSE YOURSELF WHILE COOKING

What activities do you lose yourself in?

There are tricks I use when I cook, this helps me to enjoy cooking.

1. The first step is to make up your mind you want to cook.

2. The second step is to get all the materials and Ingredients you want to use to cook

3. Watch a video of what you want to cook, incase you don’t know how to cook it

4. Fourth step is to have your favourite music playing in the background

5. Fifth step is to dive right into cooking. Start from the most basics, only multi task if you have the strength

6. My final advice is make sure you clean up after cooking, no matter how tired you are , clean up.
