HOW TO PREPARE POTATOE MASH/ MASHED POTATOES

 INGREDIENTS

POTATOES PEELED AND CUT INTO QUARTERS

MILK

CARROT

GREEN PEAS

SWEET CORN

Oregano spice

OREGANO

Black pepper spice

BLACK PEPPER

SALT

TOOLS/ EQUIPMENT

A BLENDER OR MIXER AND SPOON

PROCEDURE

This is a step-by-step procedure to make simple mashed potatoes

STEP 1: BOIL THE POTATOES: In a pot add potatoes and small carrots. Add salt and put the heat to a medium level and cook until the potatoes are tender, it can boil from 10 to 15 minutes

STEP 2: ADD THE GREEN PEAS AND SWEET CORN  and allow cook a little

STEP 3: DRAIN THE WATER FROM POTATOES.After draining the potatoes. Return the back into the pot

STEP 4: ADD MILK TO POTATOES in the pot

STEP 5: WHIP IT UP/ MASH THE POTATOES  AND MIX IT UP

STEP 6: SPICE AND SEASON IT UP TO TASTE:  ADD OREGANO AND BLACK PEPPER

STEP 7: WITH A BLENDER OR  MIXER, MIX UNTIL THE POTATOE IS A BIT SMOOTH AND CREAMY
